Soul Perception Permission Post

In Soul Eater, certain people possess the power of Soul Perception, which as the name implies, allows them to sense souls.

Users can detect some details about the personality, strength and mental state of those they're using the power on. Asura is noted to have an especially sensitive Soul Perception, allowing him to detect people from significant distances and considering his paranoia he probably has it on at all times. One skilled user was shown to be able to tell if someone was lying.

I'm happy to ignore this, but this permission post is for those who are okay with it.
